The last few weeks have been really busy preparing for FENAF in São Paulo. FENAF is the biggest Exhibition in South America and is held every two years. Stand designs to approve and all the rest that goes into providing a smart professional looking stand.
To keep us on our toes, just the week before the show Chris decides to stop over on his way to New Zealand and Australia. Always nice to see him though and we did have a meeting arranged with rather a large foundry in my local area so it was well worth it.
By the time he finished his travels i'm sure he didn't know where he was or which time zone he was in.
Having said goodbye to Chris then Heleno and I got ready to travel down to São Paulo for FENAF. We left my home at 6 a.m. Monday morning and drove to SP with all the gear loaded up, laptops, brochures etc. We arrived, as planned, around 4 p.m. giving us plenty of time to sort out all those last minute things that crop up.
Everything was ready in plenty of time for when the Exhibition started on the Tuesday.
A few pictures of our stand are below -
FENAF this year was excellent for us, we made some very good contacts from foundries large and small - Synchro applies to all sizes, and I can see that we are going to be very busy over the next months.
Wednesday I fly down to Rio, sounds exotic doen't it, but I assure you it's all work. Being picked up at the airport taken to the foundry to give a presentation and fly back home that night, could be anywhere really, just happens to be in Rio de Janeiro this time. Another excellent FENAF contact made.
See you all next time.
